Although I am an out-of-network provider, I am able to submit
claims electronically to most insurance companies or provide an
Insurance Reimbursement Form directly to you for submission. As a
fee-per-service provider,
my fees are due in-full at time of service. See above for payment
information. (If you cannot afford the fee, I do have a sliding scale
policy; please check with me about availability.)
Insurance companies can reimburse your therapy sessions with me,
however, the reimbursement and the rate of reimbursement depends on your
policy, out-of-network coverage as well as your deductible and/or a FSA
(Flexible Spending Account) for medical expenses. Please note, I
cannot guarantee reimbursement or the amount you will be reimbursed.
Many therapists use a fee-per-service policy due to insurance companies’
limitations on treatment and reporting requirements.
